Therapist for Executives & CEOs in Jacksonville, Florida

More balance. Less pressure.

You’re responsible for so much, and the pressure is starting to feel like too much to bear.

Your life is a constant game of trying to keep all the plates spinning.

So many people rely on you—your employees and colleagues need you at 100% all the time, your household needs the bills to be paid, and your partner and family need attention that you can’t spare without something else falling behind.

Maybe you’ve started to notice how the stress you bring home from work is affecting your family or partner. You know they really can’t understand what you go through on a daily basis, so you don’t even bother trying to talk to them about it. It’s possible you’ve been slipping up in your professional relationships or second-guessing your ability to make the right decisions, and you’re worried the stress that’s consuming you will eventually affect your business as a whole.

Through confidential counseling, you can have it all—in a way that benefits you, your business, and your loved ones.

My approach

Letting you lead the way.

You’re the expert on your life, so you’ll hold the reins in the work we do together. As someone who’s experienced the full spectrum of life as a high-level corporate executive and spent two decades in the political sphere—all while neglecting my personal life in the process—I understand what you’re going through. I know how lonely it really feels at the top, and I want you to experience the same level of fulfillment I was able to achieve through the things I learned in counseling.

Let’s work together to strike a better balance.

I know how much focus it takes to get to the level of success you have, and you might feel like your career is who you are at this point. Luckily, that same focus and work ethic can also be applied to finding solutions to the troubles you’re facing. In our sessions, I exist to listen and help you identify what those troubles are, and explore ways to work through and manage them. Know that there are no expectations on my end, my only goal is to help you get what you want and need out of life.

Nothing is off the table to discuss in our sessions. I believe that sexual wellness plays a big role in overall mental wellbeing, so once we’ve established trust in our relationship, we’ll delve into how being satisfied sexually can help create more balance in your life.

Through the work we’ll do, you’ll be able to maintain your status at work and feel more involved and fulfilled at home.

You’ll have the clarity and insight you need to face challenges with confidence, and be able to truly sign off and relax (without overdoing it with your vice of choice).

As a result, you’ll be able to get better sleep, maintain a healthier routine, spend more quality time with loved ones, and have more intimacy in your relationship.
